Really I should have done this a long time ago. I've been thinking about starting a blog for ages...a real blog (not like my school portfolio that I set up in blog format because I didn't want to go to the trouble of creating a website for myself). Anyway the reasons for creating this blog are threefold:
1. My boyfriend is an incredibly talented special effects make-up artist and he's always working on something cool either for TV/Movies or a self-directed project. His stuff needs to be documented.
2. I would like to start painting again, and I hopefully by documenting my efforts it will motivate me to actually make efforts...I do have some motivation issues.
3. I really want to start writing again. I used to keep journals quite regularly, but I haven't for the past number of years. So here it starts...my online journal which will focus mainly on the artistic pursuits of Jonathan and myself.
